DMCA Policy

Chicken Artichoke Pasta Recipe ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. This policy outlines the procedures for filing a DMCA notice of infringement and a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the infringing page).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our copyright agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Chicken Artichoke Pasta Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If that party does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
